A gift certificate is not subject to return, exchange or conversion back into cash.
In the event of a return of goods purchased using a "Gift Certificate", only the amount of money paid by the consumer for the goods, including the discount, is returned. The amount of the discount (the face value of the "Gift Certificate") is not subject to return in cash.
In the event of a purchase for an amount greater than the face value of the certificate, an additional payment of the difference is required.
The certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
