Exchange and return

1. The Buyer has the right to return or exchange a purchased item of proper quality if it does not meet their expectations in terms of color, style, size, or for other reasons (Part 1, Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine No. 1023 “On Consumer Protection”).
2. An exchange may be made for a similar item in a different size, subject to availability, or for another item from the store’s assortment.
3. The Buyer has the right to return an item provided that its original appearance is preserved (in the same condition in which the item was received, in the original packaging or an equivalent Nova Poshta box). Transportation conditions must be as favorable as possible to preserve the item’s original appearance. 
4. The Buyer has the right to return a purchased item provided that the item: - has not been worn; - has not been used for photo or video shoots; - has not been subject to any alterations or manipulations (washing, hemming, trimming); - has all tags and labels attached; - has no signs of wear, stains (including deodorant or foundation marks), or foreign odors (including deodorant or perfume).
5. The Buyer has the right to terminate a distance purchase agreement by officially notifying the Seller (by submitting the appropriate form) and to return or exchange the purchased item within 14 calendar days from the moment the order is delivered to the Nova Poshta branch (excluding the delivery day) or to the Buyer’s address (Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine No. 1023 “On Consumer Protection”).
6. Items delivered outside Ukraine are not eligible for exchange or return.
7. Underwear items, socks, and gift certificates presented on the website are not eligible for return. 
8. All transportation costs related to the exchange or return of goods are covered by the Buyer.
9. By not declaring the full value of the item when returning it, the Buyer agrees to receive compensation from Nova Poshta only in the amount declared in case of damage or loss of the parcel.
10. The Seller processes an exchange within 3 business days from the moment the returned item is received and inspected, subject to availability of the exchange item in the store’s assortment.
11. Funds are refunded to the Buyer within 7 business days from the moment the Seller receives the returned item. The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met.
12. According to the legislation of Ukraine, namely the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, No. 172 “On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Consumer Protection’”, jewelry items are included in the list of goods that are not subject to exchange or return.

Reserving an item requires a deposit for an in-stock product. The maximum reservation period with a deposit is 14 calendar days.
