Payment and delivery

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta
within 1–3 days from the moment the shipment is arranged

• Order processing begins after full payment on the Gioia.ua website.
• The order is shipped within 3 business days from the moment payment is received. Order processing and dispatch time may increase to 4–5 business days during pre-holiday periods and seasonal sales.
• Delivery costs are paid by the customer according to Nova Poshta tariffs. The sender declares the full value of the items being shipped.
• After the order is shipped, the customer receives a consignment note (TTN) number for tracking the parcel via the email address provided during checkout.

EUROPE – NOVA POSHTA, 5–12 days – €20
USA – NOVA POSHTA, 10–12 days – €40, UKRPOSHTA, 18–21 days – €25

• The choice of the shipping carrier may be changed depending on the situation in Ukraine and the availability of certain delivery routes.
• Please note that due to the current situation in Ukraine, international postal services may experience delays.
• Gioia.ua is not responsible for any additional taxes and duties related to customs clearance in your country, nor for delays caused by postal carriers or customs regulations of the destination countries. Before placing an international order on our website, please make sure you are familiar with the customs rules and regulations in your country.
• Shipment of international orders may be postponed for up to 14 days from the date the order is placed at the customer’s request.
• Please note, items delivered outside Ukraine are not eligible for exchange or return.
